DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS--------------------August 27, 2008 “A” Day

Throughout the year various college reps will be coming to MHS to inform you of their college and to answer any questions you may have.  The procedure to meet with these reps is to pick up a permission slip from the Guidance Center and to have your teachers whose class you will be missing sign it.  After it is signed you must return it to Mrs. Lindsey no later than the day prior to the rep's visit.  Be sure to check the hall calendar outside the Guidance Office for college reps coming to MHS.  They will also be announced ten days prior to the visit.

Educators of Beauty rep will be here on September 5th.  Please pick up a permission form in the Guidance Office.

Seniors interested in going on to college and/or technical school, Mrs. Robinson will be giving out important information to you TODAY during Homeroom.  This is not a mandatory senior meeting, but if you are thinking of continuing your education somewhere after MHS you need to attend this meeting.

There are still extra 2007-08 yearbooks for sale, so if you didn't buy one yet you still can! Books are $40 and available in Mrs. Stoudt's room- G-3.

Girls Swim team-Please report to the weight room-dressed and ready to go after school TODAY

SENIORS-Don’t forget to turn in your permission slips to attend the picnic on September 3^rd.  They are due by Friday.

Student Council-Remember $8 for your t-shirt is due by this Friday.  Turn it in to Mrs. Stoudt or Mrs. Landes ASAP.

Auditions for the fall play, Our Town, will be tomorrow at 5:00 in the auditorium. See Mrs. Stoudt if you have any questions. 

Is anyone interested in taking Tae Kwon Doe classes-ages 5 to adult? Free classes will be held TONIGHT and Saturday, August 30 at Flip & Twist Tumbling (next to China House) from 6 to 7:30pm.  Sign up in the office if you’re interested.
